Hello aspirant,
With the above mentioned EWS rank in JEE mains, and according to the JEE Mains previous year Cutoff for IIIT's, you have very less chances of getting admission in IIIT's, even with your Home state Quota, as the minimum required rank for admission in good IIIT's is around 3k-5k in JEE mains. So, you have very difficult chances of admission in them. Similarly you will also have difficult chances of getting GFTI's with this rank.
But you can go get admission in many good State level engineering colleges, under state level counselling. So you can go for these colleges.

Hey aspirant
Admission to IIT is based on jee advanced. For that you need to qualify jee mains. Minimum cut off mark for qualifying jee mains is 66 percentile for ews. By improving your score and percentile you could get admission in iit. Now coming to nit and gfti with above mark and percentile it is difficult for you to secure a seat. An ews candidate should secure 95+ percentile for admission in NIT. For the above percentile you could get admission in private engineering colleges.
