I belong to AP state.I got 56 in ts eamcet eng.I am SC.Can I get seat CSE in JNTUH or CBIT??

First of all congrats! for your score, that's quite appreciable. As per the scores you have specified, your rank would be around, 35,000 to 40,000 but the cutoff's for the college's that you have asked, are as follows..(CSE)
CBIT...17,000
JNTUH..27,000
So, you may not have..high chances to get a seat there and your rank would have been much accurate if you had mentioned your IPE score.
