First of all congratulations , 484 is a good score in NEET 2021 considering the difficulty and level of questions in this year's paper . Even though the cutoff and the rank list is not out yet , however as far as NEET 2020 trends are concerned your marks are above the OBC cutoff that was 40 percentile so you will be eligible to apply for a seat in any Private Medical College and would definitely get one via the Management qouta or self financing.
