As per your requirement, i would say that as you belong from bc m category and have domicile of tn state and your approx marks will be around 450 so for getting into the colllege mentioned above, you need to clear cut offs which vary every year

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same. Score 450+ if you are bc b to be on the safe side

Or else, you can get admission with low cut off through management quota also.
