See students who belongs to maharastra and also others state are eligible to appear for mhtcet exam. however there is different seat matrix for maharastrian students and others state students. if you do not have the domicile criteria then you have to apply as Other State Candidature, The Candidates having Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate / Residence and date of birth Certificate issued from the competent authority other than Maharashtra state are eligible under this Category.

for govt college, you have to score marks around to 150-160. this may vary.
