Well according to cutoff trends you need to score a minimum of 350 marks to get into a government medical college anywhere via esic category. Also you belong to general category so it may be even higher.

Even if you apply via state quota counselling you won't be able to get admission as an esic candidate.

But you may have chances of getting a management quota seat.
