Dear candidate,

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have no chance to get government medical college in telengana state uner the state quota benefit for general category.

Mostly all the government  colleges have more than 500+ closing cutoff for the seat.

As merit changes every year but the difference in marks is very wide from the last year so it will be no.

Mostly mbbs and bds cutoff are same. So above will be the cutoff.
