I belong to general category. And my cet percentile is 95.07. is it possible for me to get into Pumba or Dalmia.?

As per your percentile and category ,your chances are low for PUMBA OR DALMIA( BASED ON PREVIOUS YEARS CUTOFF)
You can try through different counselling rounds if you wish too ,if seats vacant you may get
