Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff wich went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good govt. Mbbs seat. So with these marks under general category you won't get an mbbs seat in in any govt. College. With your NEET score of 430, you have very less chance of getting the government colleges, if we go by cut off trends in the recent years.
