JAC Delhi is an entrance exam for admission in the Engineering colleges of Delhi. As you are from outside Delhi region, it will be tough for you to secure a seat.

There are few colleges that consider Defence category students from outside Delhi while others don't. So, it is really difficult to tell you in which College you might get seat as you have not given names of your preferred colleges also you have not mentioned your preferable stream.

For the colleges that has no reservation for Defence category candidates from outside Delhi region you can surely apply under General Category (outside Delhi).

According to my prediction, your chances are less for the good colleges that accept JAC like DTU, NSUT and IITD as because the closing rank of these colleges in the third round for General Outside Delhi category are much less than your rank (These colleges do not give preference to Defence category candidates from Outside Delhi).

You can try taking admission in Indira Gandhi Technical University for Women. As the cut off by rank in the last rounds of counselling for general defence- outside Delhi category in CSE is 351054 ( Priority V) , in IT is 187036 (Priority V), ECE is 32305 ( Priority V).
