Hello Raj. I hope you are doing well. You have a query regarding admission at NIT Goa. For admission at NIT, Goa there are three categories of seats - All India category; Outside Home State category and Home State category . You mentioned you belong to Goa but study in Maharashtra.
Well, if you have a domicile certificate stating that your home state is Goa then you can freely take the advantage of being Home State candidate. But if your domicile certificate states your home state is other than Goa, then you won't take the advantage of Home State category of admission.
