You must provide the state for which you have the domicile ready at your hand. In your case it should be Himachal Pradesh. If you have more than one domicile choose the state where there are better colleges or more seats.

You will have to enter the state name for which you have the domicile so if you are from HImachal Pradesh then you will have to enter the same in state of eligibility.
