Aftab, There is no minority reservation per se. But depending on the Category you belong to in the larger picture, you can avail the Category reservation. For example, if Muslims fall under OBC, then you can avail OBC reservation of your State Counselling and exclusive Minority reservation of your State Counselling. Normally muslim minority students get OBC quota in NEET . Also there are different community quotas in different states , take information about your state's different quotas .  For applying both of these quotas you must have valid proof of your quota and also you have to produce that proof during verification rounds . In this way you will definitely get quota in NEET . All the best .
