Since you have secured an open category seat in MHT CET, you will need to pay the open category fee, not the OBC fee. The fee structure is generally based on the category in which you are allotted the seat. If you are allotted an OBC seat, then you would be eligible for OBC fee benefits. However, in your case, because it’s an open seat, the open category fee applies .
