As per your requirement, i would say that as you have obc category and you have filled up open category so you are eligible for open category which is ur category admission and not obc category. You thus can't avail obc reservation on state quota amd aiq reservation of Maharashtra state.

You can check mcc official website if there is a way to change your category during the correction time given by them.
