Considering your percentile your expected will be around 13904.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-98.4)*869010/100
869010 is the total number of candidates appeared
in JEE main January session. In your case it is (100-98.4)*869010/100=13904
And your expected category rank will be in between 3k-4k.
1200000 is the expected number of candidates appearing in JEE main April session.
Then the formula is given by
(100-total percentile)*1200000/100
Considering 2019 JoSAA seat allotment a candidate with overall rank 16955 secured a seat in CSE in NIT, Agartala.
A candidate with rank 24742 secured a seat in ECE in NIT, Agartala.
