I belong to OBC category. In my neet app form my category is listed as OBC NCL. But we dont have any NCL certificate. Can i be alloted seat under General category in AIQ ? Ps:am eligible to get seat under AIQ with my marks even under general category

You need not worry as the failure to produce any caste document sattes the student equivalent to open category student.
So yes you'd still be eligible for all india quota seats under general category as ncl certificate isn't applicable.
