Your percentile is very low.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.
You can apply for state government colleges through State entrance exams and some private Colleges through there own entrance exams.
You can also prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year.
