i belong to OBC NCL category. and I've a valid obc ncl certificate as well. do national law Universities ask for income certificate as well? or only the caste certificate is sufficient to avail reservation?

For National Law Universities (NLUs), you generally need to provide both:

  1. OBC-NCL Certificate : To prove your eligibility under the OBC Non-Creamy Layer category.
