I belong to OBC under state list but it's not coming under central list. So, can I choose it as General during application and can I use OBC during state quota counselling ? Or what else can I do ? Kindly give a solution !

You haven't mentioned which entrance examination are you enquiring about. Nevertheless, if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. And at All India Level, you can apply under General Category and at State level, you can avail OBC reservation. This is applicable to all National level entrance examinations.

Thank you mam. I asked regarding NEET. So, under state quota I can avail OBC reservation, but I have to choose General in application form, Am I right mam ?
