Dear aspirant;

I assume you want to get into top 10 NITs . So , I think scoring at least 50% will give you an opportunity to get into Top NITs (You may have to compromise with branch) . But considering the recent rules by MHRD , You should also score well in 12th class exam . So , try to be within top 20 percentile of your board ( But if you would be within top 1% , it will be really helpful in future career. But if you are in class 11 and starting preparation , then study , practice smartly . Try to get min 70% in JEE Mains and set higher goal to get into IITs .

All the best for your future!

Dear Aspirants/Guardians

NIT Warangal is one of the top NITs so you will have to secure a good rank in Jee Mains. Considering general category, 250+ score is enough to admit in NIT Warangal. For OBC students, There is slightly less score to need like 230+ and 180–190+ score need for SC, ST students. It may be vary depending on question paper and cutoff rank. And of course, you will get some advantage for being home state quota.
