i belong to open category and will get around 65-70 marks in gate 2019 (mech stream)... what are my chances of getting psu and iits

As in open catogery there are less chances so for getting into psu but there are more chances for you to get into a good IIT with a good branch too, so that you can hope a good scope to your future, so all the best for your future
