I belong to SC Category and I had applied for Caste Validity Certificate to appropriate authority in Dec 2019, but the authority has still not issued the certificate citing absence of the concerned officer due Corona. Could I get prov admission on the basis of application for Validity Certificate.

Hello,
That might not be possible as you have to get the certificate stating that you belong to the caste. If it is getting late then visit the local lok seva kendra and ask for assistance so that process will be done fast. Visit tahsildar office if required.
Application documents for caste validity might not get accepted in the document verification phase.
