A student needs 550+ marks inorder to get a government college for MBBS. You can get private colleges.
You can apply in state quotas but even there competition is very high.

Your score is enough to get a medical college but I'm afraid you won't get it through All India Quota. You will get good colleges in your own state through state quota. But still don't lose hope, apply for all the counseling.
