I belong to sc category i get 50 percent in 12th and 36 marks in physics, 46 in biology and 41 in chemistry so i am eligible for neet

You are eligible for NEET.As per the latest guidelines the eligibility criteria for reserved candidates is that a aggregate of 40% in physics, chemistry and biology(PCB).
Also the system of number of attempta has been removed and the candidates can appear for the entrance examination as many times they choose for. Candidates who will be qualifying for NEET will be considered eligible for 15% All India Quota seats.The maximum age limit for reserved category and PwD candidates is 30 years.

since you are from the SC category looking at your board percentage you are elegible for neet
assuming that the marks you mentioned above are your neet marks they add up to 123 which clears the cut off for neet 2019 for sc category
although you will not get in a government college and can try for private if you are ready to pay lot
you can always take a drop year and try next year ,
