Hellow Naitik,
Let me at first tell you that the cut off for every year depends on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of students appeared, as well as the percentile. So, it keeps on changing every year, though it doesn't range too far. Well, the cut off for All India Quota of SC category in 2018 was 436 in round 1, and 426 in round 2. So, with your score near to it, it is not sure for you to get admission via AIQ counseling, but however there are chances for decrease in Cut off, as there is a number of increased seats and also increase in number of applicants this year. To be on a safer side, I would suggest you to opt for the 85% state quota counseling in your state too, using your state domicile. All the best for your upcoming counseling process.
