See as per your Marks-239 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side

Your score is not good enough to give you admission in any government college though you belong to the SC category. So better you should try at the private colleges. You can get a seat at the private colleges. But the chances of getting a seat in any government college is too low. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
