Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the government medical colleges in UP under state quota because the closing cut-offs of last year were around 460+ for SC candidates and even if we consider the factors like addition of new medical colleges and difficulty level of paper then also we would not see such huge dip in the cut-offs, it might fall around 440-450, not more than this but on such score you have good chances of getting some private colleges under the state quota of UP according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Sitapur
KD Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Mathura
Muzaffarnagar Medical College, Muzaffarnagar
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
