The minimum qualifying percentile for SC category in NEET UG are 40 percentile .And according to last year i.e. Neet 2018 ,the qualifying marks for sc category was between 96- 118 and total of 17,208 were qualified.And as you wanted to get admission in medical college ,if you score 250 or above ,it would be enough to get admission as per last year's cutoff .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
