I belong to sc category, so I got full reimbursement in ts eamcet. so in round 1, I got a college and I didn't liked it so I fixed that college for safe zone and applied to round 2. and I got a good college. so if I join in round 2 college will I get full reimbursement

Once you visit college and confirm your seat then only your seat will be allocated to you.
And fee reimbursement you will get
