Hi Rohit,
Boards percentage doesn't matter in getting admission in Engineering college what will matter is your Jee marks or that particular test marks which you gave to a particular engineering college. It may matter during the placement time when companies come for recruiting students as some have eligibility criteria of 60% and above.

Well, in that case, NCERT might not be enough. Apart from it, you can refer to various other books like that of HC Verma for physics, RC Mukherjee for chemistry etc. These books contain very basics to advanced level questions. Also, if you are interested then you could also join a coaching center where they will guide you and provide you proper materials.
Sorry, the previous response was not for you. Well look your 12th marks will never change for you and if you are getting a good college this year then go for it as who knows what may happen next year.
