i belong to st category and i score 163 marks in neet. Is there any chances of getting govt or pvt college in any feild?

Based on this score the chances are very less to get a seat in Government college under All India quota & State quota & also decent private colleges. Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment.
