Hey Jigmet,

Hope you are doing well!

Well dear your NEET score is 396 that means your rank should be somewhere in between 75,000-99,000 in all India.But,you said you come under ST category then,obviously your rank will get lesser in it.

So,you have good chances of getting government medical college.But,the cutoff's keep changing evry year so nothing can be gurenteed.
