There is no chance of any govt college from AIQ of 15 percent . The cutoff for 85 percent state quota shows unexpected low as the govt colleges of north east was available in 400 marks range , likewise TN etc . So college offered through ,400 marks range is dependent up on state code of eligibility mainly .
You can get admission in a private/deemed dental college. And if you are privileged enough to pay heavy fees.
