If you belong to UP & do not have the domicile of Goa then you can not apply for the exam. you can check the eligibility given below.
Eligibility:
Candidates who are not having domicile or the citizenship certificate will not be eligible to apply for GCET 2017.
Candidates must have resided for a minimum period of 10 years. Candidates applying for concession in this must submit proof as specified.
Education qualification:
Candidates must have passed secondary education (12th) from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC will have to secure minimum of 45% marks. In case of and physically handicapped candidates, they are required to secure minimum of 40% marks.
