I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Jadavpur University (JU) has a reservation for the OBC category that too if you belong to West Bengal state. So if you belong to West Bengal then your OBC rank will be considered first if you don't get any seat under the OBC category then they will consider you GMR rank. If you don't belong to WB then you are not eligible for OBC reservation then Obviously your GMR rank only will be considered.
