Unfortunately, you cannot change your Category even during the correction window. You may have to re-register with a new email id, mobile no# and fill in the application form again. This means a new payment altogether. But to be clear on this, can you please write to the helpdesk at: neetpg@nbe.edu.in  to clarify with them if OBC Creamy layer comes under General Category?
