Vikash, you haven't mentioned whether it is a locomotor disability that you have or Visual or Auditory. This is important because with 60% disability, you do not qualify for PWD reservation if it is Visual or auditory disability. Having said that, if it is Locomotor Disability, the State that you belong to also matters. And PWD is not a Vertical reservation. It is a Horizontal reservation within your Category. So it is important to know the State you belong to. But under All India Counselling with 327 marks even with SC-PWD reservation, a seat in GMCs might be difficult. But you still might have a chance in State Quota of GMCs depending on the State you belong to. Because few States like Delhi, UP, Bihar have higher cut offs than States like Tamilnadu, Gujarat, etc. In such case, you will need atleast 450. What also needs to be remembered is that it depends on previous year cut off trends as well. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
