I belongs to AU region, community is NCL (OBC). i have some doubt that is other regions are consider to me local or non local candidates ?

Dear Satish,
The locality status purely depends on where you have been staying for long time. But if you are from NCL community you will have the reservation for that case. So there you don't have to worry about your locality status. But however mostly you will be considered non-local in some cases which wouldn't affect as every college has this NCL reservation.
