Hello Dear Student,

If Barnawal Caste is not listed in OBC Central List then you will be treated as a General Category Student in the Central that means if you are applying for any Central Government Job or you are applying for admission in any Central Government Institution then you have to fill form as a General Category Candidate.

So If you are General in Central List and if you can fulfill the Criteria of EWS Quota then you can file for Central EWS Certificate.

And if you got EWS Certificate from Central Quota then you can use your EWS Certificate only in the Central Government Jobs and Central Government Institutions.
