i belongs to bc-e can i get obc certificate in telangana

Yes you can get obc certificate if you belong to bc-e in telangana.but in central level you need to check what exact caste in bc-e is yours ,so that you can check if you belong to gen(according to central level/for national level exam) or obc category.because bc -e is not considered in central level.you can use the obc certificate only for state level exams.however state wise you wont have any problem you can get the certifiacte for obc.

See if you belongs to BC-E caste then at the state level of Telangana it comes under OBC category with the reservation advantage of 4% but only at state level and also BC-E caste is also not listed in the central list of Caste reservation which is available at official website ( http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CasteSearchingView.aspx ) so you can get the OBC certificate but it will only be eligible for state exams and posts but not for Central exams or posts or services.
