Hello,
In 2019 a candidate belonging to general EWS category from other state with rank 248 secured seat in CSE, NIT, Surathkal.Home state candidate belonging to the same category with rank 1102 secured seat in the same.But in 2020 the cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam etc.You need to score 97 or above percentile to get such rank.

For National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal in other state quota you need to get as per previous year figures 2156 for general category for EWS also the rank will be almost the same for other state.
