Yes you can apply in kerala for admission in private mbbs colleges. They allow all over India candidate's for 15% total mbbs seat in private colleges.
It's counselling happens through KEAM. Which registration have been done once earlier. But for neet Candidates it will most probably open once more like every year.
Most probably it's registration open after the neet exam and it's closes before the result declaration. After neet result declaration you will have to upload your neet score card. On basis of your score and Candidates registered,state rank is prepared through which counselling happens.
Last year Lowest cut off state rank for private mbbs college in kerla was 8955 (state rank) for pk das medical College.
