I belongs to OBC category and I've category certificate too but I don't have caste validity certificate. So at time of JEE Mains application form filling can I mark my category as general and if I mark it as general will I face any issue?

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that if you'll fill the GENERAL Category at time of the filling of your JEE mains Application form, then you'll be considered as Unreserved Category Student or (UR). So, you cannot be able to avail the OBC category reservations and your caste certificate will be invalid at times of registration.
You can mark the general category section in your JEE mains application form, but trhe cutoff rank of GEneral category (UR) students are higher. But, for OBC/ST/SC Category students, the cutoff are generally lower. So, I would recommend you to build a new caste validity certificate and apply for the same in JEE mains application form.
