I belongs to obc category from Uttar Pradesh and my family income is between 1to 2lakh per annum then what is fee for btech at nit allahabad and iiit allahabad

NIT Allahabad Fees Structure:
Caution Money - 3,000
Tuition Fee (per Semester) - 62,500
Other fees (per Semester) - 19,000
Total - 84,500
Since your family income is in between 1Lakh-5 Lakh, you could get remission of 2/3 fees.
IIIT Allahabad Fees structure :
The total fees that are paid in a semester is 62,400 . This doesn't include Mess fees.
