I belongs to OBC creamy layer category . Is it treated same as general category in DU admission?

yes . you will be treated as general category in DS admissions . you can get the benefit of OBC category in DU onle if you have OBC non creamy layer certificate isued by the central government of india. others/creamy layer will be considered same as general category .
