I belongs to obc in andhra pradesh. I have got 98.319 percentile in 2000 January jee mains . I can get cse or ece top 7 nits or allahabad nit.

You score is quite good and there are chances for you to get a good nit.As the formula given by National Testing Agency to calculate rank which is No of Candidates appeared/100*(100-Nta score).
So the no of Candidates appeared in January session was 869010.So the your rank will be 13904.
But if the no of Candidates changes to 120000 then your rank can vary your rank will be accordingly to formula
120000/100*(100-Nta score).
The cutoff for nit allahabad is mentioned below
