Yes you have fair chances under state quota, if you have domicile of rajasthan then you can only apply for rajasthan state quota and not in other states...but if you have passed class 12th from a state other than rajasthan then you can apply in that state too.

sir i belong to sc category with rajasthan domocile but passed 12 in haryana so now if i apply in haryana counseling will i be given sc quota plzzz reply
