You can apply for private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu for seats under management quota. You will have to apply for Tamil Nadu state counselling.

Tamil Nadu state has released separate forms for seats under Governemtn quota and private seats.

As you are eligible for management quota seats, you will have to fill the private college counselling forms.
