Hey aspirant,
You have mentioned that your birthplace is andaman, and you have studied in kerala , the how could you belong to TamilNadu.
If you have completed your 8-12th standards in other states of India, then yees you can apply for Anna University.
But if you have completed the above standards out of india, then you can only get seats through management quota.
